November 29 & 30, 2023
Public involvement is an integral part of the US 60 Connectivity Study. The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet held two public meetings for the US 60 Connectivity Study – one in Barlow, Kentucky on Nov. 29, 2023, and one in Cairo, Illinois on Nov. 30, 2023. Both meetings were in an open-house format and the following information was presented to the public at both meetings:

Public Feedback
KYTC District 1 values the tremendous amount of public feedback and interest in the U.S. 60 Connectivity Study. Public feedback was an integral piece to the Final Report and District 1 would like to thank everyone who participated. A summary of the public feedback is detailed in the overall Executive Summary of the Final Report. To view a detailed breakdown of the public’s response, please see Section 8 of the Final Report titled “Stakeholder and Public Outreach on Conceptual Corridors.”
